Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the makara kikiri app (the “App”) provided by Ramazan Kapar (“we”). By using the App you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The App offers multiplayer party games to play with friends. It is free to use, creates a guest profile instead of an account, and requires an internet connection. We may change, add or remove games, features and content without prior notice.
2. Virtual budget and points
Budgets, bids, points and similar values in the games are entirely virtual. They cannot be bought or sold for real money, cannot be cashed out and have no monetary value.
3. Rules
When using the App you agree not to:
- share insults, hate speech, harassment, threats or obscene content in your username, answers, voice notes or voice chat;
- share other people's personal data without permission or impersonate someone else;
- cheat, exploit bugs, harm our servers or overload the service with automated tools;
- record or distribute other players' voices or content without their permission.
We may restrict or end access when these rules are broken.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the answers you type, the voice notes you send and what you say in voice chat. You allow this content to be delivered to the other players in your room so the game can work. How data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Game content
Names of real people, works, clubs and brands in the topics are used only for entertainment and gameplay; all rights belong to their owners and their use does not imply any affiliation. If you are a rights holder and want something removed, write to us. 18+ topics are off by default and can only be turned on after confirming that you are over 18.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the App, including its name, design, software and game rules, belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or commercially distribute the App.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free; games may end early because of lost connections or server problems. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Apple
If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not the provider of the App or its content and is not responsible for support or claims relating to the App.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
